After the draw of Wales against Ivory Coast (2-2), Welsh captain Joseph Rodon still hope to qualify for the semi-finals :
"That was an interesting game for us, we had quite a lot of opportunities and and the support of our fans. This draw doesn't put things right but I hope that we are still going to qualify for the next round.
Ivory Coast is a very physical team, we knew that before to play. So as a consequence, we gathered us on our major strength which is defense but it was not enough so now we wish a Scotland loss against Indonesia.
Also, There are some difference between the football of the Tournament and the football that I usually play. The biggest difference is on the field, the pitchs in England are more flexible than here so the ball moves more quickly but we adapted like any other player would".
