France, the most-titled nation in the Toulon Tournament history (12 titles), will face South Korea (27th May), Scotland (30th May) and Togo (2nd June) during the upcoming edition of the tournament.

In order to perpetuate this winning tradition, France will come with its U20 national team. The latest international break was the opportunity for the French players to make the final preparations ahead of the Maurice Revello Tournament.

Les Bleuets, coached by the Real Sociedad former manager Philippe Montanier, have tested themselves against Untied States in a double friendly organized at Murcia (Spain).

France have won the first game (2-0) thanks to a brace scored by the Valenciennes forward Jordan Tell but lost the second match (0-1). Beyond the result, these two games against USA gave us some informations about the squad that will take part to the Toulon Tournament.

Some players who already played the Festival 2017 last year like Dimitry Bertaud (Montpellier) or Romain Perraud (OGC Nice) are likely to take part in the next edition. They will be accompanied by some new faces like Ibrahima Konaté (RB Leipzig) and Jean-Victor Makengo (OGC Nice) who both wore the captain’s armband during the friendlies against USA.
