Whereas Qataris were thinking they had the win, Chinese equalized in the last few seconds (1-1). The Portugese coach of Qatar reacted after the game.

"I am sad and satisfied at the same time. We conceded a goal at the end of the game. It didn't let us the time to attack. But we fought well. There is a difference of age between both teams. We are U19 Qatar, they are U21 China. We felt the physical difference. But I am also happy. We shared the spoils with a opponent susposed to be better than us.

We were forced to play on counter-attacks. It was not an instruction before the game. They forced us to go down on the pitch. We did not have the same physical strengths

The aim si to keep improving. The larger one is to qualify our team for the U20 World Cup. We agreed to play the Tournament with our U19 squad to prepare them for this international competition.

During the next game, I am sure England will exploit all our weaknesses. But we have to see it positivey. I would like to dominate them, but this is an impossible mission. We will try to play our game, be high on the pitch, but the risk is to go down and down again, as we did today... There is a lot of difference between England and us."
