The 2025 winter mercato has been very active all over the world. A number of players who passed through the Maurice Revello Tournament have been involved in the various transactions registered in recent weeks. Here's the full recap.

After a difficult half-season in which he did not play a lot, Mathys Tel has decided to leave Bayern Munich. The French striker, who featured in the Tournament in 2023, is heading for England and Tottenham. On loan to Spurs with an option to buy, the Stade Rennais-trained player is hoping to get back playing time with a team that has struggled in the Premier League this season.


Antony arrived at Manchester United in August 2022 with much fanfare from Ajax for a fee approaching €100 million, but has never really lived up to the expectations placed in him. Little used by the Red Devils this season, the Brazilian winger is on loan at Betis. In Spain, the winner of the 2019 Maurice Revello Tournament will be hoping to regain some playing time, and he has already had a fairly successful debut against Athletic Bilbao, being involved in one of Sevilla's two goals (2-2).


Barred at Chelsea by huge competition in the centre-back position, Axel Disasi was keen to find a new challenge elsewhere. After being courted by several English clubs, Aston Villa finally snapped him up. The Birmingham club have signed the French defender on a paying loan without an option to buy until the end of the season. The player who took part in the 2018 Maurice Revello Tournament will be joining fellow French internationals Lucas Digne and Boubacar Kamara.


From ASEC Mimosas to the Bundesliga in less than a year. A finalist in the Maurice Revello Tournament in 2024, Bazoumana Touré had just arrived in Sweden, at Hammarby. A few months later, he is already in Germany. TSG Hoffenheim have decided to buy the young Ivorian winger for around €10 million. After half a season in the Swedish league, Touré will once again have to adapt to a new league at just 18 years of age. A daunting but undoubtedly exciting challenge.


Among the many other transfers involving players who have passed through the Maurice Revello Tournament, Hector Herrera has returned to his native Mexico, to Toluca FC. Kévin Denkey has left Belgium to sign for Cincinnati in Major League Soccer. MLS is a popular destination for former Tournament participants, with Telasco Segovia (Inter Miami), Jonatham Bamba (Chicago Fire) and Hennadiy Synchuk (CF Montreal) also heading to America. Sébastien Haller (Utrecht) and Jota (Celtic) are returning to the clubs where they made their name. Finally, Cher Ndour has left PSG to join Fiorentina, while Chuba Akpom has moved to LOSC from Ajax.
