During the Matchday 3 of the last round, Costa Rica and United States ensured their qualification for the upcoming World Cup U20. Mexico guaranteed their place too at the WC U20 despite being exempt from this Matchday.

Group A : United States 6 pts, Mexico 3 pts, Salvador 0 pt.

United States secured World Cup U20 spot as they earned a 2-1 win over Salvador. Mexico, exempt from this Matchday, will also compete in the World Cup U20 as they finished second of the group after the Salvador’s loss against USA.

Hosts Costa Rica needed only a draw to qualify for the World Cup U20 and they earned it as they shared the spoils with Panama (1-1). Once again, Randall Leal broke the deadlock for Costa Rica as the Malines midfielder netted his 3rd goal of the tournament after 9 minutes. In the second half, Isidoro Hinestroza netted the equalizer for Panama.
