Pachuca win CONCACAF Champion's League thanks to Franco Jara !

Pachuca clinched their 5th CONCACAF Champion’s League title as they earned a 2-1 aggregate win over Tigres. After clinching a 1-1 draw in the first leg, Los Tuzos claimed a 1-0 win in the second leg front of their fans thanks to a goal netted by Franco Jara after 84 minutes !

The 28-year-old Argentinian striker, who took part in the Toulon Tournament 2009, has been named best player of the competition. Jara has been rewarded for his fine performances as he scored 6 goals and delivered 4 assists in 8 Champion’s League games this season.

Thanks to their title, Pachuca will compete in the upcoming FIFA Club World Cup on December.
