After finishing 4th at the Toulon Tournament 2016, Czech Republic will compete in our competition for the second year in a row as they will face Scotland (31 May), Indonesia (3 June) and Brazil (6 June) in the group C of the upcoming edition (29 May – 10 June).
The Czech Republic head coach Jan Suchopárek seems impatient to play the Toulon Tournament as he wants to gauge his team’s progress. “The day after the end of the Czech First League, we will gather the team and then we will travel to France. Like the last year, the Toulon Tournament is open to the U20 players and it will be a good preparation for the Euro”, the former RC Strasbourg player said to the Czech Football Federation (Česká fotbalová reprezentace).
After the Toulon Tournament, Czech Republic will take part in the Euro U19 on July.
