Dirk Kuyt gave the Eredivisie's title to Feyenoord

img

At 36 years old, Dirk Kuyt seems to be inexhaustible. By scoring a hat-trick, his first since October 25th 2015, last Sunday against Heracles. Kuyt helped Feyenoord to win the Dutch championship for the first time since the 1998/1999 season. The same year when he participated to the Toulon Tournament. Funny coincidence. A vintage performance that ended a 18 years wait for the Rotterdam's fans.

With 12 goals in 36 appearances this season, Kuyt must always be considered like a solid player even if he is closer to the end than of the beginning of his career. Nobody knows if the former Liverpool's midfielder is going to retire or play next season but he definitely left his mark in the history of Feyenoord.
