A narrow win for England against Angola

img

Title holders England earned a 1-0 narrow win over Angola for their Toulon Tournament 2017 opener. During the first half, both teams didn’t have so many occasions. The match was pretty balanced, the ball used to stay at the midfield. Almost nobody couldn't handle the game and make the difference. Only three players have shown very good things : Joseph Worrall and Reece James, the two England defenders, and Jaredi Lopes Teixeira for Angola. The Angola’s right-winger did a pretty good shot at the start of the second half, but the goalkeeper stopped it.

That’s the moment when all changed in the game. This is just after this chance for Angola that England scored. Ike Ugbo, the England left-winger, fired a header to give the lead to the Young Three Lions. Then, the game was more open: Angola were trying to equalize and England tried to score thanks to spaces opened by their opponent, without any results for both sides.
