Felipe Mora, one of the Chilean brightest young talents

img

You probably don’t know who Felipe Mora is. However, the 23-year-old striker, who played the Toulon Tournament in 2014, made a name for himself in the Chilean First Division.

After a successful stint at Audax Italiano, Mora has joined in 2016, Universidad de Chile, one of the biggest clubs in the country. It was obviously a good choice for both sides. Universidad de Chile clinched the Chilean league title on May and Mora was pivotal to this success as he finished as the competition’s top scorer with 13 goals in 15 games.

His performances in the Chilean top flight have caught the eye of Juan Antonio Pizzi who handed him his first Chile call-up for the Confederations Cup. However, Mora has to wait before to make his international debut as he withdrawn from the Chile squad due to a knee injury.
