FACTS
The Maurice Revello Tournament graduates clinched all the individual awards during last Gold Cup held in 2019 : Guillermo Ochoa (Mexico) has been named best goalkeeper of the competition, Jonathan David (Canada) finished as the tournament’s top scorer (6 goals) while Raul Jimenez (Mexico) won the best player award.
Qatar will compete in the Gold Cup as a guest. In the past, CONCACAF invited several teams like South Africa, Brazil, Colombia or South Korea to play the Gold Cup.
Title holders Mexico are also the most successful team in the Gold Cup history (11 titles).
