Saido Berahino, l’étoile montante
Avec cette nouvelle réalisation, le joueur anglais de 21 ans en est déjà à 17 buts inscrits toutes compétitions confondues dont 11 en Premier League. Saido Berahino est en train d’éclater au grand jour et ses performances ne passent pas inaperçues.
En novembre, il a été appelé en équipe d’Angleterre par Roy Hodgson mais le buteur de West Bromwich est resté sur le banc et n’a pas effectué ses débuts internationaux en A. Cela ne saurait tarder.
En attendant, Saido Berahino s’affirme jour après jour comme le joueur-clé de West Bromwich Albion et joue un grand rôle dans le retour en forme de son équipe.
Cet hiver, plusieurs écuries anglaises à l’instar de Tottenham et Liverpool avaient montré leur intérêt mais le jeune attaquant anglais est resté dans son club.
Cependant, Saido Berahino compte rejoindre un club plus huppé à la fin de la saison comme il l’a déclaré récemment à Sky Sports. « Si je peux aider WBA à rester en Premier League et si je marque le plus de buts possible, je suis sûr que les supporters ne m’en voudront pas que je puisse avoir envie de découvrir des choses plus grandes. »

Saido Berahino, the rising star
Saido Berahino is one of the England’s promising talents and he proved that again this week-end. The West Bromwich Albion starlet, who compete in the 2014 Toulon Tournament, smashed an outstanding volley (watch the video below) into the top corner to give the win to his side against Southampton (1-0).
The 21-year-old has netted 17 goals this season in all competitions including 11 goals in Premier League. His performances allowed him, in November, to earn a first call-up in England senior squad. Although the WBA striker was benched and didn’t make his international debut with the “Three Lions”.
Meanwhile, Saido Berahino improves week after week and had a key role in the WBA’s upturn in form.
During the winter transfer window, he was heavily linked with a move to Tottenham or Liverpool but the English striker stayed with his team.
However, Saido Berahino is hoping to join a bigger club at the end of the season. He recently explained that to Sky Sports : "If I can keep WBA in the Premier League and score as many goals as I can, I'm pretty sure the fans wouldn't mind me pushing on and going on to bigger things."
