Le début de parcours prometteur de Cédric Soares à Southampton
Cédric Soares, passé par le Festival Espoirs de Toulon en 2011, s’est rapidement adapté à la Premier League. L’international portugais (8 sélections) a rejoint Southampton cet été en provenance du Sporting Portugal et depuis son arrivée, l’arrière droit lusitanien enchaîne les bonnes performances.
Le joueur de 24 ans s’est rapidement imposé dans le onze de départ des Saints et a déjà disputé 21 matchs toutes compétitions confondues. Parallèlement, ses performances en club lui ont également permis de consolider sa place au sein de l’équipe nationale du Portugal. Sauf surprise, Cédric Soares devrait disputer l’Euro 2016 en juin !

The Cedric Soares promising start to life at Southampton
Cédric Soares, who took part in the 2011 Toulon Tournament, has adapted to Premier League football quickly. The Portugal international (8 capes) has joined Southampton from Sporting Portugal this summer and has produced some impressive performances since joining the English outfit.
The 24-year old established himself as a key player for the Saints as he already played 21 games in all competitions this season. Meanwhile, his good performances with Southampton allowed him to cement his place in the Portugal national team. Unless something unexpected happens, Cédric Soares will play the Euro 2016 !
