Several former Toulon Tournament players earned their first international cap over the last days.

Presnel Kimpembe (France, 2015) :
Finally ! Whereas he as been called-up several times since more than a year by Didier Deschamps, the defender never played with Les Bleus jersey. It's now done, as the Parisian entered ten minutes before the end during the win of France over Russia on Tuesday (3-1).

Mouez Hassen (France, 2014) :
In spite of playing the Tournament with France on 2014, Mouez Hassen has finally chosen to represent the Tunisia national squad at the senior level. The goalkeeper had his first call-up against Costa Rica on Tuesday and played the full game for Les Aigles de Carthage (2-1).

Hans Hateboer (Pays-Bas, 2015) :
Called up to the Netherlands national team for the first time of his career, Hans Hateboer earned his first international cap on Friday, three years after playing the Toulon Tournament 2015. The 24-year-old right back has started the friendly against England (0-1) and played the full 90 minutes.

Jean-Eudes Aholou (Côte d'Ivoire, 2015) :
The 24-year-old midfielder made his international debut with Ivory Coast against Togo (2-2) and Moldavia (2-1) . Aholou was rewarded for his fine performances with RC Strasbourg (29 league games started and 5 goals scored so far) and got his first international cap, three years after featuring in the Toulon Tournament 2015.

Chris Mepham (Pays de Galles, 2017) :
Only few months after taking part in the Toulon Tournament 2017, Chris Mepham burst onto the international scene with the Wales senior national team. The 20-year-old centre-back earned his first cap on Thursday during the China Cup game against China (6-0). The young Welshman, who played 15 Championship games with Brentford this season, came off the bench after 70 minutes as he replaced the Tottenham defender Ben Davies.

Raycharles Cruz, Neisser Hevé et Luis Calero (Cuba, 2017) :
After being part of the Cuba squad that played the Maurice Revello Tournament last year, Cruz, Herve and Calero had their first call-up during the two games against Nicaragua (3-3, 3-1). Raycharles Cruz came off the bench during both of them, while Neisser Herve only played the first one and Luis Calero started the first one and entered in the second one.
