From 1st to 21st November, the CONCACAF U20 Championship is held in Bradenton (Florida, USA). Thirty-four nations, divided into six groups, take part in a preliminary round. The leader of each group will qualify for a final round where six nations, divided into two groups, will try to clinch one of the four qualifying spots for the U20 World Cup. Saint-Martin – Mexico : 0-4
After a 7-0 win over Nicaragua, Mexico clinched once again a large win, this time against Saint-Martin. Carlos Vargas and the Maurice Revello Tournament 2018 best player Diego Lainez have been benched for this game contrary to José Macias. The Chivas Guadalajara scored with a header and took his tally to three goals in two games.
Thanks to this win, “El Tri” is full of confidence before facing Jamaica in a group decider.

Dominican Republic – Cuba : 1-2
Two games, two wins. Ahead of their crucial game against Honduras, the Cubans put themselves in good position. Like the previous game, Danny Echevarria Diaz and Juan Andreus Milanes, both seen at the Maurice Revello Tournament 2017, have been included in the starting XI.
Group C : Honduras 6 pts, Cuba 6 pts, Antigua and Barbuda 6 pts, Belize 0 pt, Sint Marteen 0 pt, Dominican Republic 0 pt.
Guadeloupe – Canada : 1-2
Candians have had a narrow escape. Mathieu Choinière, the Impact de Montreal midfielder who played the Maurice Revello Tournament 2018, has scored an early goal but his side conceded the equalizer just after the half time. Eventually, Canada took the lead again after 79 minutes as Adonijah Reid found the net after a beautiful assist from Thelonius Bair.
Group D : Panama 6 pts, Canada 6 pts, Dominica 3 pts, Martinique 3 pts, Saint-Kitts-and-Nevis 0 pt, Guadeloupe 0 pt.
