OFFICIAL : Mexico will participate in the Maurice Revello Tournament 2019
The Maurice Revello Tournament 2019 will be held in Provence from June 1 to June 15. The twelve participating teams will be divided into three four-team groups. The three top teams of each group as well as the best second placed team (of all the groups) will advance to the semi-finals. Meanwhile, the other teams will play another game to determine their final ranking in the competition.
We are delighted to announce that Mexico will be among the participants of the 47th edition of the Maurice Revello Tournament. Runner-up in 2018, “El Tri” will make its twenty-fifth appearance in the competition. Aiming to repeat the 2012 heroics : that year, Mexico lifted the trophy few weeks before winning the Olympic Games.

A number of famous Mexico internationals played the Maurice Revello Tournament in the past : Hugo Sanchez (1975-1976), Alberto Garcia Aspe (1985), Jorge Campos (1988), Oswaldo Sanchez (1993), Hector Moreno (2006) as well as Hector Herrera (2012)
As a reminder, except Mexico, both Ireland and England have also confirmed their participation to the upcoming edition. The Maurice Revello Tournament 2019 line-up will be unveiled gradually over the next days through our website and our social media channels. Stay tuned !
