Chavas, Bussy, Ouchène… the Sud Ladies Cup graduates animate the transfer market

The 2023 summer transfer window is in full swing. Several Sud Ladies Cup graduates have been involved in the different moves registered all around the world over the last weeks. Recap.

If the World Cup played currently in Australia and New Zealand draws logically global attention, it doesn’t prevent however the summer transfer window to run its course.

Among the marquee moves this summer, appears at the top of the list the one involving the Sud Ladies Cup 2018 best goalkeeper Mylène Chavas. After two seasons spent at Bordeaux, the 25-year-old Frenchwoman has signed for Real Madrid, which finished second in the Spanish league during the last campaign.

Meanwhile, one of the French league rising stars Kessya Bussy moved from Stade de Reims to Paris FC, qualified for the Champions League preliminary round. Another player leaving Reims : Sonia Ouchène. The 23-year-old midfielder will continue her career at Montpellier.

In Netherlands, Liz Rijsbergen who impressed last season in Eredivisie with ADO Den Haag (10 goals and 8 assists in the 2022/2023 campaign) has joined ambitious side FC Twente, qualified for the Champions League preliminary round.
