Des matches internationaux se sont déroulés ce week-end et plusieurs joueurs passés par le Festival International Espoirs étaient concernés par des rencontres.
En Europe, il y avait des matches de qualifications pour l’Euro 2016. Klaas-Jan Huntelaar (Pays-Bas - 2001) a marqué lors de la victoire des Néerlandais face au Kazakhstan (3-1). C’est le 36e but en sélection pour l’attaquant de Schalke 04.
En Afrique, ce sont les qualifications pour la CAN 2015 qui se déroulent actuellement. Sambou Yatabaré (France – 2009) a inscrit le second du but du Mali sur le terrain de l’Ethiopie (2-0).
Parallèlement, des matches amicaux étaient organisés un peu partout dans le monde. Le Chili a balayé le Pérou (3-0) grâce à un doublé d’Eduardo Vargas (Chili – 2010) et une réalisation de Gary Medel (Chili – 2008). Enfin, Radamel Falcao (Colombie – 2004) a ouvert le score lors du succès des Colombiens face au Salvador (3-0)

This week-end, some players who took part in the Toulon Tournament were involved in international games with their countries.

In Africa, there were the AFCON 2015 qualifiers. Sambou Yatabaré (France – 2009) scored the second goal of Mali against Ethiopia (2-0).
In the same time, some national teams played international friendlies. Chile beat Peru (3-0) thanks to two players who took contested the Festival. Eduardo Vargas (Chili – 2010) scored twice and Gary Medel (Chile – 2008) also scored a goal. To finish, Radamel Falcao (Colombia – 2004) has opened the score and helped Colombia to win against Salvador (3-0).
