Every week, we take our usual look around the best championships to follow the performances of the players who contested the Toulon Tournament in the past. Some of them distinguished themselves during this midweek.

In Ligue 1, Paul-Georges Ntep (France – 2013) confirms his sensational form. The Stade Rennais winger scored a goal and helped his team to beat OGC Nice (2-1). At the same time, Clarck Nsikulu (DR Congo – 2013) scored the winning goal for Evian TG against Bastia (2-1). Earlier, Yannick Ferreira-Carrasco (Belgium – 2013) was efficient as he scored a beautiful goal during the AS Monaco win against RC Lens (2-0).

In England, Loïc Rémy (France – 2007) contributed to the victory of Chelsea against Tottenham (3-0) as he scored the third goal of his team. In Italy, Udinese defeated Cesena (4-2) during the Italian Cup 4th Round. The Zebrette can thank two players who took part in the Festival : Bruno Fernandes (Portugal – 2014) and Lucas Evangelista (Brazil – 2014) scored both during this game. It should also be noted that Rafinha (Brazil – 2013) scored the FC Barcelona’s fourth goal against Huesca (4-0) during the Copa del Rey.
