The Sud Ladies Cup 2018 graduate will play for the Bundesliga giants next season.
While the resumption of the Women’s Bundesliga current season remains uncertain, Bayern Munich have already made a big splash for the 2020-2021 campaign.
The German giants, runners-up of the Bundesliga last three seasons, have announced the signing of Klara Bühl from Freiburg. It seems like to be a great recruitment as the 19-year-old striker, seen at the Sud Ladies Cup 2018, represents the future of the German football.
Since making her international debut on March 2019 against France (1-0), the German youngster has impressed the observers. One of the most prolific strikers in the German top-flight (8 goals in 16 league games this season), Bühl has also became a regular starter for the Germany senior national team, playing notably the World Cup 2019. So far, the Bayern Munich new girl boasts a record of 7 goals in 11 appearances for the Nationalmannschaft !
“Klara is a great addition to our squad. She is an exceptional talent, has an insane move to the goal and is two-footed. She has an incredible talent”, has stated the Bayern Munich coach Jens Scheuer.
After a promising start to a career, Bühl will have the aim to maintain this level of performance with a club aiming to shine in both national and European competitions.
