Filipe Luis helped Atletico Madrid to reach CL semi-finals !
They did it ! Atletico Madrid knock out holders Barcelona as the Colchoneros earned a 2-0 win in the Champions League quarter-final second leg (3-2 on aggregate) to reach the semi-finals ! Filipe Luis, who took part in the Toulon Tournament 2004, played a key role in this performance. The Brazil international was impeccable defensively and won a late penalty after a brilliant run. It was a convincing display from Filipe Luis who has been in superb form for Atletico Madrid this season.
