The last weeks were pretty exciting for Josh Tymon. In June, the 18-year-old defender has won the Toulon Tournament 2017 with England and has played a key role in this success as he started the 5 games played by the Young Three Lions. After this international title, Tymon took a big decision for his career as he joined Stoke City this week from Hull City in a five-year-deal.
This transfer caps the Tymon’s fast rise from anonymity to prominence. To this day, Tymon is still the youngest Hull City player to ever play in the FA Cup (16 years and 257 days) thanks to his appearance against Bury (3-1) on March 2016. Few months later, the 19 November 2016, Tymon made his Premier League debut against Sunderland while he was only 17.
Now, Tymon is 18 and has already played 14 professional games with Hull City. Despite the playing time offered by the Tigers, the Hull-born teenager has decided to leave his childhood club. Maybe disturbed by the Hull City’s relegation to Championship, Tymon has decided to join Stoke City to continue his development.
