After becoming a fan favourite at Utrecht thanks to his 45 goals scored in Eredivisie between 2015 and 2017, Sébastien Haller is winning hearts and minds at Eintracht Franfkurt.
Signed by the Bundesliga side during the last summer, the 23-year-old striker has adapted quickly to the German football. “I didn’t expected things to go so well and to see so much passion surrounding the performances”, the Frenchman said to France Football.
The Toulon Tournament 2014 runner-up has netted 10 goals in all competitions since the start to the season and has also been named the Bundesliga’s Rookie of the month for October.
Haller stole the show few weeks ago when he scored a stunning last-minute acrobatic volley against Stuttgart (2-1).
Haller and his teammates can dream about playing European football next season as Eintracht Frankfurt are currently just two points behind the third-placed Borussia Dortmund !
