The referees Katja Koroleva and Felisha Mariscal selected for the World Cup 2019
Some match officials seen at the Sud Ladies Cup 2018 have been selected for the upcoming World Cup.
27 referees and 48 assistant referees have been appointed for the World Cup, organized from 7th June to 7th July 2019. Among them, Katja Koroleva and Felisha Mariscal. The American referees, seen at the Sud Ladies Cup 2018, will be in charge of World Cup games for the first time in their career.
The number of referees selected for the World Cup is bigger than the previous editions. Illustrating the FIFA’s desire to help more and more match officials to officiate at the highest level.
